What happens after you reach out

First, Nolan calls or texts you back to talk through what you are seeing, whether that is a leak, a ceiling stain, storm damage, or a roof that is simply due. Second, he comes out and inspects the roof in person, including the attic side when it is accessible, because that is where problems show first. Third, you get a free written estimate, itemized line by line, usually within a day or two of the visit. There is no pressure and no expiring discount. Take the estimate, compare it against anyone else, and call us when you are ready. If the honest answer is that your roof has a few years left, that is exactly what the estimate will say.
